Reporting to - Business Head (Pan India)
Job Description:
- Be a core member to drive the ETF sales with responsibility of designing and implementing sales business plan, budgets and related strategy
- Working with the Institutional Sales channel and sourcing assets from exempt provident funds, corporate treasuries, bank treasuries, life insurance companies
- Creating new client segments who are currently not active investors in ETFs
- Training sales team and sharing knowledge on ETFs by leveraging on the global best practices and trends emerging in Indian ETF market
- Channel development & distribution engagement through contest, trainings and awareness programs
- Track regulatory and business operating framework to identify opportunities for growing the investor base for ETFs
- Good understanding of the functioning of capital markets and overall financial services industry.
- Have a strong understanding of indexing, ETFs and asset management industry.
- Strong relationship management skills, lead generation and closure, good networking within institutional channel covering corporate treasuries, etc.
- Prior work experience in sales, business development, any other client facing/investment advisory role.
- Candidates from AMC's preferably in ETF business development or Institutional Sales; advisors/arrangers/consultants catering to PFs (Candidates from Darashaw, Trust Capital, AK Capital,Crisil would be right fitment)
