We are looking for Manager ( IC Role ) and AVP ( IC & people management both as per experience ) from Global Investment Bank in Mumbai. Work Timings: EMEA 12 PM - 9 PM, Sometimes late as well as per business requirement. Role Specification : - The role entails the management of both P&L and Risk related tasks and requires extensive interaction with Front Office, Market Risk and Business Management. - Production, preparation, and reporting of the daily P&L and risk - Understanding, producing and explaining daily P&L into constituent risk components whilst investigating any issues as required - Regular interaction with the front office to obtain sign off and deal with any ad hoc requests and queries. - Liaising with Financial control group to help investigate any issues around daily monitoring and review of the general ledger to reported P&L together with Balance sheet substantiation - Desired candidate is responsible for the month end close reporting of Revenues (Fees, NII) for the allocated product within business line. - Have to do analysis and reporting of key metrics to support the revenue of the allocated product business (AUC, AUA, Deposit Balances, etc) - Have assist in the external regulatory reporting agenda of Revenues & AUC. - Have understanding the product's / businesses- balance sheet make up and reporting. - Coordinating working with Engage Business Stakeholder and other Product Manager to understand key drivers impacting the business in order to be able to highlight risks and opportunities to Plan, promptly escalate areas of concern help drive solutions and create a robust forecast for the rest of the year Responsibilities : - Desired Candidate must be Qualified accountant or MBA from Top institution and having 5+ Years of experience for Manager and 8+ years of experience for AVP role in Financial Banks or any shared service in Product Control Division. - Strong Product Controller experience is mandatory - Proven skills in identifying and resolving control issues that may impact financial results - Experience reviewing/creating complex operational and general ledger process flows - Excellent communication skills and executive presence including the ability to present complex and sensitive matters - Analytical mindset, structure approach, attention to detail and accuracy.
