Manager/AVP - Legal

Qualification : LLB/ LLM

- Should have experience / exposure of securities market (including treasury services, derivatives etc.)

- Having worked in a legal set-up supporting treasury is preferred however not a necessity.

- Should have experience in drafting, vetting of ISDA Agreements/ CSAs

- Drafting, vetting of regular agreements, contracts etc.

- Support for submission of documents/ information to the lawyers, tracking status of legal cases of the company.

Skills And Competencies :

- Fluency in English language & communication skills

- Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.

- Ability to organize their work, plan well and prioritize based on impact on work.

- Action-oriented and results-driven.

- Excellent stakeholder management
