Manager/AVP - Legal - Bank

Looking for candidates with experience in drafting, vetting, negotiating legal contracts in the financial domain.

This role is with one of the clients which is a global bank based in Mumbai.

Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows :

- Drafting and negotiating various account opening terms and conditions and engagement letters;

- Drafting and negotiating various agreements such as distribution agreements, subscription agreements, investment management agreements, services agreements, trading agreements and confirmations, facility agreements, security agreements, engagement letters with service providers, confidentiality agreements and other relevant legal documentation and subsequent amendments

- Liaising and coordinating with the legal, risk & capital divisions of bank and other internal departments such as business, compliance, finance, operations and tax, as necessary.
