Our client is one of the leading global bank based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR business partnering and managing end to end employee life cycle.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliver solutions against them.
- Resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed.
- Partner with HR Function COE teams to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions.
- Ability to provide solutions to complex HR tasks.
Candidate Profile:
- With 5-10 years of experience preferably from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions.
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Should be a thinker as well as hands on with tasks.
