Manager/AVP - Finance - Venture Capital Funding - CA

Position: Manager/ AVP-Finance (Leading Venture Capital Funding Company)

Role:

- Work on accurate and timely financial reporting to the LPs

- Cash flow/ liquidity management

- Treasury Management

- Interface with auditors

- Maintain relationships with Banks

- Manage/ overlook reports generated by outsourced service providers

- MIS Preparation

- Work on Quarterly/ Annual reviews

Requirements:

- CA

- 5-10 yrs of experience in Financial Reporting and Finance for Alternative Investment Funds/ PE Funds at the Big 4 (Providing Accounting Advisory)/ PE Fund or 3rd party service provider

- Practical knowledge of various accounting policies & disclosures requirements applicable under US GAAP and IFRS

- Some understanding of tax will be preferred

- Good presentation skills

- Good excel skills
