There are 2 positions open one at a Manager level and the other at a Senior Manager level based with a NBFC.
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP & Indian accounting standards is mandatory.

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Revised Sch VI, Companies Act, Taxation and Audits and NBFC regulations.

- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
- Ability to handle high-pressure and fast paced environment.

- Knowledge of IT systems - Preferably FINONE, Oracle Financials and HFM.

- Proactive and positive approach to work along with willingness to take new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month end closing process.
- Ensure timely closure of all sub systems and their reconciliation.
- Review of Trial Balance and completeness of financial accounting and information.
- Monthly Preparation and Review of Financial statement as per IGAAP and NBFC Regulations.
- Preparation of input data for filing of RBI Monthly, quarterly and annual returns along with other adhocreportings as may be required as per NBFC Regulations and RBI policies & guidelines from time to time.
- Review of Monthly MIS to highlight variances and exceptions.
- Intercompany reconciliation and eliminations for group consolidated MIS and Reporting’s.
- Ensuring timely completion of monthly Service tax and VAT compliances.
- Routine accounting matters, involving coordination with third party vendor for timely action related to payments and information requirements.
- Review of Fixed Assets Register and Process Improvement for Physical Verification and Capitalization / Retirement.
- Preparation and Finalization of Annual, Half yearly and QuarterlyFinancials of the Company in compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Company Policies, Procedures and NBFC Guidelines.
- Liaison with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors for qualitative submission of information for completion of Statutory Audit and Internal Audit.
- Liaison for various audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies governing the Company from time to time along with data submission as may be required.
- Ensuring Proper documentation and record keeping of financial information.
- Timely submission of Inputs for implementation of Policies / Processes to Consolidation / Central Team, Business Teams and other departments, wherever required.
- Any other task related to finance and accounts as may come from time to time.
