An Investment Banking division of a leading PSU is hiring for its Mumbai office across different levels. - To support the Debt syndication team in execution of mandates by preparing various documents required for execution such as Project report, Financial Model, Investment Modelling etc. - Liasioning with clients and lenders to channelize the information - Filling of required Banks/lenders formats for the processing of loan proposals - Should have good Understanding of the financial statements - Should have good business sense over the numbers - Should be able to work as a team player - Should have effective communication skills. For AVP Role : team handling and Business Development experience is mandatory CA/MBA only
