Manager/AVP - Data Quality - Financial Services

- Understand all DQ Issues across Finance

- Perform RCA on the issues and coordinate with issue raisers and business associates to identify and align it to BOW

- Handle bi-weekly meetings with the functional business partners and present issue summary

- Reporting requirements for business associates and management meeting

- Ensure Owners are aware of DQ issues, impact and measures they are responsible for.

- Ensure Remediation BOW items are mobilized by Business Owners to make progress against list of issues

- Ensure all DA Issues that require remediation from outside Finance are championed in conjunction with Business Owner and Central to drive remediation initiatives

- Categorization of issues and assignment to the respective owners. Drive remediation and ensure closure on tool.

Qualification :

- Equivalent work experience of 3+ years in Financial Services preferably in Group Finance

- Degree in Accountancy, Business or Commerce

- Analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution

- Outstanding written and verbal communication and business partner management skills

- Can work independently with minimal direct supervision and self-starter

- Proficiency in Excel and MS office

- Accuracy and Attention to Detail

- Excellent collaborator with dedication to ongoing learning and sharing knowledge
