Committed to delivering exceptional financial services and fostering a dynamic work environment, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

- Hands-on experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong analytical skills, essential for tasks related to compensation and benefits.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Ability to take initiative and willingness to learn.

- Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.

- Strong analytical skills and MS Office skills.
