- Our Client a Global Bank is a leading international financial institution with a strong presence in Mumbai, India. Committed to delivering exceptional financial services and fostering a dynamic work environment, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Postgraduate from Tier I/II college with 4-8 years of experience in C & B.

- Team player with a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of people at different levels.

- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to take initiative and willingness to learn.

- Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.

- Strong analytical skills and MS Office skills.

- Flexible and ability to handle multiple tasks.
