Description :

- Responsible for managing Banking Process Improvement projects

- Working on large assignments from shaping to delivery including managing stakeholders and sponsors

- Managing large and multi geography transformation projects which include business transformation

Experience :

- 5 -10 years experience

- Must have worked on large assignments/ should have been a part of multiple improvement projects in back or front office banking processes.

- Must have hands on experience in banking process

- Must have worked in multi-cultural environment

Skills :

- Excellent Stakeholder Management

- Must be presentable and have a world view/global awareness.

Certification : Six Sigma Black Belt
