Manager - Audit & Systems - Auto - CA

Looking for Manager Audit and Systems profile with one of our reputed client in Tanzania.

Position: Manager- Audit and Systems

- Having clear and independent view of audits and their relevance for a privately owned group

- Should have excellent experience of handling complex statutory audits, solid in technical matters, multi country / cluster consolidation etc

- Should be able to coordinate audits across the group for timely submission of all documents, finalization of intercompany, etc.

- Should have experience of internal controls policy documentation in an MNC/ Bank / large family owned group

- Should have experience of being on policy setting committees, evolving new processes, standardization (SOPs preparation etc)

- Should have handled multi product/ multi profit center and preferably multi country portfolio with

- Exposure to SOX will be a definite advantage and will be considered favorably

- Travel component could be upto 30% of the job

Qualification

- CA from India with above experience for minimum 10 years experience
