JOB Profile - AQM (Audit Quality Monitoring) - (Core Statutory Audit or AQM Candidate)

Our Audit quality monitoring team consists of managers focused on monitoring or enhancing quality checks of the audits performed by global teams.

The team assists the global teams in various quality-related initiatives such as :

1. Pre Issuance reviews including thematic or hot file reviews

2. Preparing for PCAOB inspections

3. Audit quality reviews (AQRs)

4. Focused reviews per internal to Big 4 Professional Practice / Quality and Risk Management requirements.

- The role is highly technical and the ideal candidate should possess deep and thorough knowledge of audit concepts. GAAS or sector knowledge and experience are preferable.

- The individual should have strong communication skills and should demonstrate executive presence and maturity when collaborating with Big4 partners or directors.

Mandates : AQM Candidates who have conducted high quality audits, with good audit strategy and execution experience

1. The Candidate should currently responsible for Statutory audits, quality and reviewing of Audits done by the team for offshore client clients across US and Canada.

2. Good knowledge and experience in GAAS, GAAP

3. He is engaged in client interaction.

Preferred Education :

1. Chartered Accountant: with Minimum 4.5 Years of Experience and Maximum 5 attempts

2. CPA - Certified Public Accountant
