Manager - Audit - Pharma

Job Purpose:

Conduct in-house audits and engage with outsourced audit firms for conducting internal audit assignments to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures and recommend process improvement to the respective stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

- Engage with outsourced audit firms for timely completion of internal audit assignments.

- Conduct in-house audits to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures and suggest process improvements.

- Track status of compliance of audit observations to ensure timely implementation of action plans.

- Prepare and review presentation to audit committee in order to highlight key audit observations

- Co-ordinate specific assignments with outsourced firms or conduct in house assignments as requested by management with an aim to present facts.
