Job Description:

Daily job duties for Quality auditors vary because they travel to different business locations and work in multiple types of Audits but core responsibility is do day-to-day Quality audits.

Responsibilities:

- To do un-announced examinations or inspections of kitchen outlets and ODCs

- Conducting audits which includes document verification, look after the Standard

- Operating procedure of company standards and provide the systematic observations.

- To act as the point of contact for the products assigned and take the responsibility of activities such as designing the audit checklist, checking and verifying the reports and submitting reports to the organization.

- To prepare, edit, review quality checklist as per different types of Audits.

- Conduct training programs as per project requirements on Quality Standards

- To prepare the Food safety and Quality Control checklists wherever applicable and submit review.

- To work closely with the third party Leads of the assigned projects (Food Safety/Quality audits by TUV)

- Recommend and advise on best practices of picking and packing to improve experience.

- Advise partner stores on mechanisms/ processes leading to correct picking/ packing/ billing of orders using appropriate tools and dashboards.

- Guide partners on proper usage of dashboards and other portals to prevent any inaccuracies leading to impact.

- Assess the quality of Pods on cleanliness, hygiene and DE issues and suggest measures to enhance smooth Ops leading to better experience.

- Advise partner stores on speed perception and order fulfillment. Recommend best practices of the same to improve .

- Provide recommendations to partners for continuous improvement on delivering best metrics.

- Provide recommendations on the training aspects required to deliver/improve metrics.

- Provide recommendations to the partners regarding the change in demand pattern/ spike in order volumes due to holidays/ peak season and suggest/ propose measures to prevent any impact.

Skills and Experience:

- Full time course or similar experience.

- Proficient in Excel.

- Excellent Communication and analytical skills
