ROLE PURPOSE : This will be a critical role to provide assurance to the Management on Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Compliance ROLE SPECIFICATIONS : - Key Result Area Supporting Actions - Audits Analytical Reviews of Audit Areas and provide support to the local audit team through regular visits. - Monthly Reporting Monthly summary of observations - Follow-up Open Points to be followed up with Auditees - Risk Assessment Carry out Risk Assessments - Compliance Conduct Statutory Compliance - Internal Control Assessment Assessment of Internal Financial Controls TEAM STRUCTURE : - Head (Corporate Audit & Assurance) - Manager (Audit) VALUE PROPOSITION OF THE ROLE : - The role is key in ensuring that Internal controls and Compliances are existing and effective in the respective international businesses in Africa and the Middle East. KEY RELATIONSHIPS : - Business Heads, Functional/ Department Heads and local auditors of the countries/ businesses under review. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS : Qualification : CA/ICWA Experience : 3-4 years experience in core Internal Audit and analytics in FMCG/Mfg. companies. Key Competencies and Skills : 1. Good knowledge of Internal Audit in any FMCG/Mfg. Industry/Big Four Consultants 2. ERP/SAP Knowledge 3. Data Analytics Techniques 4. Good Interpersonal/communication skills
