"Manager Audit and Compliance" is one who is responsible for conducting various audit, finalization of accounts of various entities for audit and other statutory purposes, preparation of financial statement of various entities, compliance and filing related to Income Tax, GST, TDS, Profession Tax with the help of assigned team.

- To Conduct and Monitor Audits such as Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, GST Annual Return

- To Plan Audit

- To Conduct Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit

- To Visit client place for Audit Work

- To Manage the work performed by other team member, Article Trainee

- To Ensure timely completion of audit well within the due date

- Finalization of Accounts of various entities

- To Monitor the finalization / finalize the accounts of SME for Income Tax, GST, Company law Purpose

- To Guide and Mentor Team member in accounting work

- To Guide Article Trainee / Other Professional staff in preparation of financial statements

- To finalize the financials as per companies act including preparation of final draft of financials, audit report, director report etc.

- Review and monitoring of Accounts of retainership clients

- Preparation of Financial Statements of clients as per Sch-III of the companies Act

- To Ensure timely compliance of Income Tax, GST filing, TDS Filing, Profession tax filing and other compliance

- To Check GST Working prepared by other staff.

- To Check TDS working prepared by other Staff.

- To Check Profession tax working prepared by other staff.

- To Ensure timely filing of returns of GST, TDS, Profession tax

- To Check, Control, Manage work of other team member
