Job Description:

Help to identify and manage risks by giving advice to various functions on methodology, functioning and execution of internal audit.

- Plan, conduct, and manage Audit and Risk Assurance engagements in accordance with the relevant accounting, auditing standards and/or instructions from other (group) audit teams.

- Assist in risk and quality related activities, business development and other administrative activities of an assurance group.

- Provide critical, independent, clear and practical advice to determine the right processes and internal controls in order to improve and optimize the business processes.

Role consists of:

- Project management: Support responses to and execution of work across a range of internal audit, assurance and associated advisory projects;

- Participate, lead, manage assurance and internal audit assignments;

- Conduct meetings (kick off/closing meetings) and interviews; Lead and/or facilitate workshops;

- Formulate practical recommendations and best practices to improve business, risk and compliance processes;

- Report writing and review reports;

- Developing and managing assignment budgets;

- Extend your professional network;

- Additionally keep up to date with all industry specific issues and emerging risks which may affect the business

- People management: As a performance manager you will manage, develop, motivate, give training and coach teams to achieve their potential.
