Manager - Audit Assurance - CA - Consulting Firm

The candidate should have varied experience across industries and independently manage statutory and tax audits of large to mid-size listed, unlisted companies.

- Should be able to lead full scale project plans and execution.

- Should possess capabilities of directly reporting to Partner confidently.

- Should possess sound technical capabilities and willing to travel to International offices/locations.

- Should imbibe the Firms culture and approach of work in quick time.

Skills required:

- Should possess excellent people management skills.

- Should have excellent report writing skills - making and reviewing final issue documents, audit committee presentations etc for review by Director/Partner.

- Good understanding of Indian GAAP & GAAS and ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively.

- Should possess excellent project management skills.

- Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Should possess the ability of bringing business to the firm by way of identifying opportunities in existing/past clients.

- Should possess the ability to think critically on all matters and bringing a solution to the table rather than just identifying issues.

- Ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
