JD for technical aspect :

Qualification and experience - Manager Audit

1. Graduation in technology discipline with at least 5 years of experience in development.

2. Good to have certification in CISA or ISO 27001

3. At least 2-3 years of audit experience.

JOB Description :

1. Carry out audits for technical glitches reported by members.

2. Walk through the RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) submitted by Members.

3. Understanding the circulars issued by SEBI wrt technical glitches time to time.

4. Mapping the Risk and control Self-assessment( RCAs) with the circular and identifying GAPS.

5. Ensuring all controls are implemented wrt capacity management and as per guidelines of SEBI circulars.

6. Ensuring all controls are implemented wrt Business Continuity Plan.

7. Preparing the audit report basis the findings.

8. Managing all the Governance meeting including follow-up actions

9. LAMA systems-(logging and monitoring mechanisms)

10. Identify cyber incidents - VAPP ( vulnerability assessment and penetration test)
