Manager - Audit/Accounting Consulting

Recruiting MANAGERS for one of a leading the Management Consulting Firms based out of Gurgaon/Bangalore.

Key Requisites for the role:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)

Experience: 7-10 years of of post qualification experience into Auditing
OR
Finance Controller ship role with at least 2 years of minimum experience into Financial Accounting Advisory.

- Expert Knowledge of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International auditing standards.

- GAAP conversions, IFRS implementations

- Technical accounting research and advice

- Transaction accounting and reporting – IPO’s , Financial statement, PPA etc.
