Manager - Assurance - Statutory Audit - CA - Big4

Currently looking for Managerial role for big 4. Candidate currently into internal audit profile and ready to move in statutory audit profile for global clients

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Profile : Statutory Audit(Offshore)

Location : Chennai

Skill Required :

1) Currently into core internal audit profile. Who has experience in internal control, financial control.

2) Previous worked with statutory audit profile min 2- 3 years

3) Experience in team handling min 5-10 members.

4) Knowledge in US GAAP, Uk GAAP, Indian GAAP, IFRS Conversion.

5) Currently Dealing with any industry global as well as Indian clients.

Work Profile :

1) Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates and make sure the team delivers high quality work, as per company methodology, on time and to budget.

2) Work closely with Global audit managers to transition new engagements and services to global Assurance whilst maintaining quality of service.

3) Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills.

4) Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards. Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and International auditing standards is an advantage.

5) Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation Skills

6) Project management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills

7) Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing effectively in English

8) Ability to spread positive work culture and live company values

9) The ability to quickly form strong working relationship with colleagues in India and around the world

Education :

Only Chartered Accountant or CA and any graduation is mandatory with CA.
