Position : Manager Assurance

Location : Chennai

Role :

Manage and develop people :

- Empower, monitor, coach and motivate a group

- Identify development opportunities and training needs for high performing managers

- Conduct Assurance team's performance reviews, serve as a positive leader and mentor, and contribute to the EMEIA segment performance

Manage business and clients :

- Develop or maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the EMEIA Assurance leadership team

- Actively support the Assurance's EMEIA segment agenda for growth and quality initiatives

- Enhance relationships and leverage connections to identify business opportunities

- Plan for annual growth, resource and activities for EMEIA segment

Manage quality of service delivery :

- Organize and provide technical training

- Address service delivery quality issues

- Support exceptional service delivery

- Share best practices with the teams

- Support global or quality programs
