Manager - Assurance - Big4

Candidate Summary :

- We are looking for candidates from statutory audit background from Big 4 firms or Internal auditors from BSFI segment or Candidates who have hands on experience in accounting, audit and disclosure requirements for Alternative Investments.

- Candidates should be CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years experience.

- Team management would be an added advantage.

Role Summary :

- Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates and make sure the team delivers high quality work.

- Work closely with Global audit managers to transition new engagements.

- Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients.

- Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team
