Manager/Associate Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - KPO

Experience required: Candidates with 8+ years of experience of working in Finance Transformation projects and stakeholder management

Description of Job Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of financial process & projects like Advisory/consulting experience in Finance Process Re-engineering across R2R space - AP/AR/GL/Costing, Assignments/projects around faster book closing, Chart of Accounts reorganizations, Taxation and Treasury projects

- Candidates should have driven Finance Transformation projects

- Interaction with business on daily basis, liaise with different business stakeholders

- Understand the process and prepare business requirement documents, the candidate must have excellent knowledge of finance

- Should be able to understand data, technology agnostic

- Prepare management reports on regular basis for business update

- Run the project once the problems are identified, which includes developing models or solutions and guiding the team (both client and EXL)

- Drive multiple projects as influencers e.g., how to drive standardization & urbanization

Required Skills:

- CA or PG in Finance is required

- Good understanding of finance principles, candidates with experience in manufacturing set up will be preferred

- Knowledge of SAP will be preferred

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office

- Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions

- Ability to manage analytics project with minimal supervision

- Ability to develop an in depth understanding of customers' business needs to provide effective solutions

- Strategically minded with ability to create a consultative design based solutions

- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural global environment

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Advanced presentation skills, coupled with solid executive presence and the ability to establish immediate credibility
