Urgently looking for Project Controls Expert for one of the Big 4s.

Grade: Manager/Associate Director

Qualification:

BE Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical with PG in Engineering/ Construction Management/MBA with 12 years of experience in in managing multiple urban infrastructure/ roads & highways/ institutional & commercial buildings projects, in the capacity of project engineer/ planner/MIS/ project coordinator.

Job Description :

- Provide project controls management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.

- Support in overall Project Management- and coordination with implementing agencies, government agencies, private players, technology service providers and others.-

- Monitoring Programme/project progress to ensure all stakeholders are aware of Programme/project deadlines, interface and other milestones and critical path

- Advice on the implementation of planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimate at completion, critical path analysis) and ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project governance, formats, plan optimisation, and project controls best practices.

- Monitor and review of construction progress and periodic reporting including monthly progress reports, exception reports, milestone status, risk and issues etc. The monthly progress reports shall include but not be limited to, review of submissions by contractors, technical memoranda, details of meetings and decisions taken, detailed compliance reports for each activity, status of clearances, progress schedule, reason for any delays along with any recommendations etc.

- Assist in developing and operating project management information system (PMIS) tools/ softwares- to track project progress and generate MIS progress reports such as physical and financial progress.-

- Prepare monthly project progress reports describing the physical and financial progress of each subproject, highlighting impediments to the quality and progress of the works and remedial actions,-

- Monitor and maintain issue tracker and keep on updating the status of all risks and issues from time to time.-

- Monitor and control programme compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.

- Develop and lead for multiple projects on project management documentation standards for schedules.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have experience in Project Control,Project MIS,Project Scheduling,Planing & Monitoring projects.

- Should have experience in Industrial Projects.

- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Should be expertise in Excel and Presentation Skills.
