Manager/Associate Director - Internal Audit - Financial Services Sector - CA

Big 4 is hiring for Internal Audit FS sector role at Manager/Associate Director levels

1. Conduct risk based audits to ensure adherence to 'Audit Plan' for the Internal Audits assigned as per timelines and defined process.

2. Prepare risk assessments and perform audit procedures / testing through various sampling techniques.

3. Prepare and maintain documentation of the audit work / results

4. Identify opportunity of automation of key tests in the existing audits and get the same automated

5. Perform special studies and projects (as assigned).

6. Will provide need based support in the existing audits

7. Complete a series of assigned audits end-to-end, of varying .Complexity contributing to the completion of the Group Internal Audit Plan.

8. Undertake special reviews and projects as requested.

9. Effectively communicate results of assignments to key stakeholders throughout their delivery and ultimately by preparing a final report of audit findings.

10. Ensure that assigned audit issues and associated actions are tracked to completion

11. Ensure each audit assignment has appropriate audit working papers in place

12. Build and maintain effective working relationships with the business and other Group Assurance Providers

Desired Candidate profile :

1. CA with 5-10 years post qualification experience in internal audit from top consulting firms

2. Experience in internal audit of NBFCs

3. Excellent communication skills
