Manager/Associate Director - Indirect Tax

- Good understanding of indirect tax

- Experience of working with government clients

- knowledge of international tax laws

- detailed knowledge of various components of IT infrastructure

- Client management

- IT Systems design for GST implementation for States

- Study of client systems and suggesting the changes required

- Business process design for GST system

- Driving GST automation projects

- Coordination with senior tax officials

- Vendor management

- Independently handle a project or a major area of work with the client

- Handle day to day operations within a project

- Handle client meetings

- Adept at making presentations and preparing good quality documentation

- Guide a team and be responsible for end-to-end delivery

- Ability to plan for project execution

- Ensure project margins and timely resource management

- Good understanding of indirect tax (desirable)

- Review and provide quality inputs on IT documentation like FRS, SRS, HLD, etc.

- Track payments and raise timely invoices

- Reporting to senior management on the project progress and risks

Essential :

- B.E. / B. Tech + MBA from reputed institutes and universities (preferably Tier-1 institutes and universities)/Charted Accountant with at least 7 years of experience

Desirable :

- MBA/PGDM (preferably from Tier-1 institutes and universities) /CA
