Manager/Associate Director - Ethical Hacking - Big4

Urgent requirement for Ethical Hacking profile in fast growing BIG 4

Job Synopsis however not restricted to below :

- Well versed with Vulnerability Assessment / Penetration Testing

- Identify and exploit other business developments in clients

- Ensure work in progress is monitored and controlled and fees are raised promptly.

- Reporting to Partners/Directors on all salient points arising from client assignments.

- Generate high quality deliverables and comply with internal quality assurance

- Monitor and review the fieldwork on assigned clients, assisting with the setting of budgets and pricing, scheduling, selecting staff and assigning workloads, developing the strategy and using technology tools

- Setting objectives [goal setting] with the relevant service line, providing coaching for junior staff and giving them timely feedback on their performance

- Identify training needs for each team member.
