Manager/Associate Director - Corporate Debt Resolution Process - CA/CFA

We are are currently retained by leading Consulting/Advisory in market looking for Manager/Associate Director

Roles & Responsibilities - 

1. Should be expert working on Corporate debt resolution process as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

2. The Job role shall primarily demand to work proactively on debt restructuring structuring options and financial and operational positioning of corporate.

3. To have a core mandates in debt restructuring and Insolvency advisory

4. Should posses an ability to analyse and predict new / key industry trends.

Qualification -

- CA / CFA

Skills required

1. Mergers And Acquisitions experience - understanding of valuation, deal dynamics.

2. Have worked on information memorandum, due diligence, exit planning and loan syndications.

3. Analytical skills, basic presentation and excel skills
