Communication's Professional role entails the following duties and responsibilities:
- Design, develop & implement effective and consistent media engagement for the CEO's office
- Drive consistent communication through standardized thought leadership narratives, externally and internally
- Ideate innovative communication strategy for the CEO's office and internal communication
Communication:
- Develop and manage the CEO's office communication and internal communications strategy
- Strategic Communication by driving thought leadership communication, leadership positioning
- Internal communications by leading employee engagement across geographies
- Manage and monitor agency output for the CEO's office
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for flagging and managing issues before and when they arise for the CEO's office
- Devising different form of internal communication by actively engaging with employees
- Drive communications by internal newsletters, internal emailers, announcements, PR for CEO's office
- Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness (internal & external) and drive business reporting on a regular basis
People management:
- Develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of business within the organization, including senior management
- Bachelors or Masters into Mass Communication OR MBA - Marketing
