Manager/Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Product Control - Treasury/Rates - Investment Bank

Looking to hire Product Control professional for one of the leading Investment bank client

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 7+ Years

-Strong experience into product control in Rates or Treasury

- Supervise the daily P&L production and control environment, through review of risk and performance metrics

- Daily/monthly p&l and balance sheet. Perform T0 v/s T1 checks - Provide P&l commentary of market to market p&l including Market drivers

- Control and review of trading data in-flow to the P&L production tool and discussion of this data with the trading desk

- Management of external vendor relationship

- Enhance commentary on daily and monthly P&L, and daily, weekly and monthly balance sheet

- Supervision over monthly balance sheet controls and ultimate ownership of balance sheet sign off

- Active participation in a variety of change programs, including risk management system upgrades, and Finance transformation work streams

- Liaison with internal and external audit teams, ownership of audit points and actions

- Ensure the maintenance of a strong internal control environment. Attest control tool and maintain evidence of same.

- Manage ad-hoc queries from stakeholders including front office, coo, financial controllers

- Provide daily balance sheet commentary based on business drivers - Close books in month end including clearing breaks, provide commentary on material PnL moves, posting journals
