Profile:

- Leading a team of professional economists, data analysts, and econometricians to execute scenario enrichment work for multiple regulatory stress tests and Forward Economic Guidance for IFRS9.

- This requires managing three broad areas of work - macroeconomic data management, economics research, and econometric modeling - dealing with issues relating to financial stability, macroeconomic shock transmission, evaluation of fiscal and monetary policies in a multi-country set up.

- Working with quantitative models as well as writing research briefs on asset prices, capital flows, and imbalances in global economy to support macroeconomic scenario generation process.

- Effectively maintaining the governance of scenario enrichment work. This includes all activities related to macroeconomic data management, complex statistical modeling, final review and challenge process to ensure data quality as well as macroeconomic consistency of the delivered scenarios.

- Ensuring group scenario expansion methodology and disciplines are followed to ensure quality of scenario delivery.

- Identify problems and implements solutions, making decisions based on sound rational judgment

- Liaise with Regional Stress Testing teams and acting as a trusted adviser.

- Provide leadership to the team and responsible for continuous development of the people
