- Ensure proper execution of the production plan on a daily basis, in accordance with the standards (Quality, Safety, Ergonomics, Environment, Performance) specified by the plant's management system. - Responsible for handling a team of 200 people and 24X7 production with safety and quality norms - Driving the safety and quality culture towards autonomous and independent behavior - Identifying the improvement opportunities, defining the actions and driving the team & operators to achieve the results methodically in a sustainable way - Driving the improvement projects (5S, PDCA, Problem Solving, SMED, FI, AM, PM, Chrono-analysis) on the shop floor for continuous improvement - Overall responsible for loss reduction on packing lines, thereby delivering results in the plant P&L - Identify the daily loss chart during the shifts and implement the action plan with the team of shift incharges - Strong leadership skills and coaching attitude to lead the team of shift in charges
