The Role :

We are seeking to identify experienced Talent Acquisition experts for key positions with our clients in technology, media and consulting, to be based at Bangalore, NCR, Pune and Mumbai.

You will head and manage all talent acquisition for a BU/Vertical, from volume hiring at junior levels to search and niche sourcing for senior management hires and will report to the head of Talent Acquisition. Some positions require team management as well.

Your Experience & Skills :

You should preferably be an MBA with 6-12 years of experience and a successful track record in Talent Acquisition either with Industry or with highly structured and prestigious recruitment companies. You are expected to know the entire recruitment cycle from position origination to candidate on-boarding, with demonstrated expertise in managing strategic hiring independently, for middle and senior positions across business verticals.

- Candidate identification and sourcing

- Interview and Evaluation

- Candidate engagement

- Selections and closure

- Post-offer tracking

- On-boarding

You must be already proficient in or willing to engage with, new-age technologies like AI in people search and cognitive intelligence based evaluation as well as global and cross country searches for specialists and senior management professionals.

Your Approach :

- While you would be expected to have all-round capability, must-haves would be stakeholder management (hiring managers) and candidate sourcing through multiple channels including personal initiatives and vendor management.

- Very good brand communication skills would be a strong positive and could be looked at as a separate -specialisation as well.

- You must be data driven with fluent familiarity on spreadsheets, presentations and analytics.
