Manager/Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Marcom Agency

Looking for a Smart / Young Talent Acquisition / Recruitment AM/M for an MNC Marcom Organization

Our client is a large Multinational Marcom agency with offices in Multiple countries.

- They are looking to a hire a young smart Talent Acquisition professional for their team in Mumbai or Delhi.

- This is an Individual Contributor role and the incumbent will be responsible for hiring across Indian locations.

To qualify for this position you should :

- Be a MBA or similar (Preferred).

- Have 5 to 10 years of experience Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

- Have good experience in all aspects of hiring including Head Hunting

- Have good experience in Mapping organizations for identifying target hires

- Have good experience in communicating with Senior Managers

- Have good experience in managing internal stake holders / hiring managers

- Will prefer an experience in an Ad Agency, Marcom, PR Firm, Media and similar

- Have great communication skills and attitude

- Be currently from Delhi NCR or Mumbai
