Job Description/Technical Competency :
- Should have handled hiring for Manufacturing Firm
- Advanced working knowledge of Job Portals ( Naukri , Linkedin , Indeed , Monster)
- High Quality Hiring (Low infant mortality- Culturally Fit & High performance.
- Must have a good professional network of Professionals/Consultants.
- Extensive Knowledge of applicant tracking software programs- HRMS
- Non IT Hiring Experience - All Departments & All positions
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Handling of Pre-Employment Tests.
- Someone having experience in leadership hiring would be a added advantage

Qualification: Master's in Human Resource Management (Full Time)
