Our Client a tier-one Law Firm is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for their Mumbai office.
Core role responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of recruitment
- Stakeholder Management
- Data management - developing and managing various recruitment trackers
- Coordination for campus recruitment at top law schools
- Coordination for background verification
Skill set:
- Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and operational capabilities are a pre requisite
- Prior sectoral expertise is not mandatory (TA experience will be more preferable)
