Manage the processing of payroll data and ensures computing, withholding or deductions associated with net pay is calculated properly.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Should have experience in integration between ERP and Payroll application  - Should have HR operation experience in India and International.  - Capability to manage automation for HR operations.  - Good in HR operation dashboard and data management.  - Should have technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)  - Collaborate with payroll vendor, payroll team and Finance team for payroll to ensure validation of PF/ESI/PT/LWF monthly reports & salary register from compliance perspective for all FIS entities.  - Guide location operation team for all FIS entities to manage and govern compliance issues including any inspection/audit by the government authorities.  - Resolve all queries/issues from payroll/statutory compliance perspective.  - Maintain annual compliance and benefits BAU calendar calendar for all locations.  - Communicate with vendors & location HR on regular basis to discuss and improve service quality and to ensure timely deliverable.  - Initiate and contribute towards process improvement as per team objective.  - Provide training to HRBPs & HRSS members across FIS locations on HR Operations for smooth implementation of all polices and processes.  - Good in Project Management & Quality Management Plan.  - Ability to understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them.  - Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem solving skills.  - Must be a self - starter have positive attitude and able to handle the work pressure.  - Should know requirement allocation.  - Should be good at multi-tasking, flexible, good team player and possess good leadership skills.  - Should be good in Mapping and documenting all HR operation function processes.  Skills Desired:  - Prefer experience in WorkDay/ADP.  - Should have setup inhouse payroll module.  - Must have payroll knowledge in India and Philippines and good understanding of India and Manila Statutory/Labor law compliance.  - Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects & activities.  - Good in communication & problem solving skills.  Note- Should have good exposure of India payroll.  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
