Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw Business specific Training plans based on training needs
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Deliver classroom training covering behavioural/ management areas
- Design tools to evaluate effectiveness of training
- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Develop content including training aids - training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer based modules etc
- Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
- Identify external training partners/organisations for training delivery
- Review external training partners performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Customize programs as necessary
- Participate in OD interventions - design and implement
- Lead OD projects when necessary
- Create technology based learning when necessary
- Interact with Senior Leadership to understand business priorities and learning requirements

- Good command over MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
