Manager/Assistant Manager - Key Account Management - Government Accounts - Telecom

We have an urgent opening for a Top Telecom in Jaipur and Chandigarh (Chandigarh, HP, JnK ) for Key Account Manager .

Designation : Asst Mgr / Mgr level

CTC: 8 - 15 lacs

This is for Government sector

Purpose of the Job

To handle the end-to-end telecom & connectivity needs of a set of Government Segment, exp must Govt Tendering etc. Ensure achievement of the sales & Revenue targets, by selling Data, Voice, VAS and new product solutions.

Deliverables : (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1) As a KAM you would be responsible for building strategic relationship with key decision makers

2) You would be responsible achieving sales and revenue targets

3) You would be responsible for effective client management

4) Augment solution selling

5) You would also be responsible for new product penetration in emerging markets

6) You would ensure business target achievements on the following parameters:

- Order booking

- Revenues

- Collections

- New account identification

- Account retention

- No churns

Major Challenges :

- To work in alignment with processes on Data and Voice

- To work on retention of existing revenue as well and grow new products.

- Account Penetration & Product Penetration
