Open to any firm. Salary up to 12 lakhs per annum. Role: Assistant Manager/Manager - Human Resources Job Profile : 1. Manage end to end recruitment process - right from understanding requirements to sourcing to collaborating with tech leaders to making offer proposals 2. Create long-term & short-term hiring plans after discussing with Head HR to define and document hiring forecasts. Discuss and agree on the skill requirements & selection process 3. Create a dashboard of hiring goals vs achievements and report periodically 4. Innovate new ways to attract & recruit, develop out of the box sourcing strategies, to bring together talent 5. Partner with top universities to drive campus recruitment as needed 6. Own the selection process and ensure the best candidate experience is maintained at all touchpoints 7. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; Be responsible for the candidate's pre-screening & interviews 8. Contribute to various recruitment related initiatives & programs 9. Manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding 10. Support in implementation/administration of technology enabled HR solutions 11. Support in identification of various technical & non-technical training requirements and related training delivery to ensure capability development needs are met 12. Support in various performance management related activities to ensure organization-wide PMS guidelines and timelines are adhered to 13. Support in various labour law related compliance activities of the company Required Skills / Experience : - MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in HR along with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience is mandatory to be considered for this role - Strong experience in Recruitment, including sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media & employee referral) - Good in HR Analytics and Reporting - Experience of working in a headhunting/executive search firm would be preferred but not essential Work Location : Electronic City, Bangalore This is a work-from-office role. Working days are Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off every month) Because of the urgency, only qualified candidates who can join within 30 days of getting the job offer, would be considered.
