Responsibilities:
- Supporting business on end-to-end HR for the Investment Banking team.
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
- Conducting and facilitating employee onboarding.
- Identify TNI and organize learning and development initiatives.
- Undertake tasks around performance management and performance appraisals.
- Facilitate firm level engagement activities.
- Understand and work closely with the business heads.
Skills & Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of experience.
- MBA from a Top tier college.
- Proficient with excel and power point.
- Basic understanding and experience of recruitment platforms.
- Should have the ability to stretch and multitask.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
