Ahmedabad - Gujarat  Profile : Human Resources  Education : Graduation+ MBA (Fulltime)  Job Profile:  Summary: Main job responsibility is to carry on all the new projects that come along as a result of the Joint Venture plus Training and Development for the whole company. To perform HR Generalist role, assisting Head HR in setting the new systems in place, building base for new developments, initiating new processes, suggesting new developmental ideas and developing on the existing systems.  Responsibilities:  Detailed Job Study and revamping the Goals (KRAs):  - Developing Job Study for each employee, by sitting with them and understanding their job responsibilities.  - Revamping jobs by removing unproductive and duplicity of work.  Policy making:   - Assisted, designed and drafted several policies for the new company, including Leave policy, Code of conduct policy, and Travel policy amongst others Revamping complete PMS:  - Revamping complete Performance Management system, according to the new standards and new methodology for the joint venture.  Training and Development:  - Planning and monitoring training need analysis on the basis of feedback of employee and functional head, performance appraisal reports.  - Planning, scheduling and coordinating all the soft skill, general management, technical and safety training, in-house as well as external.  - Conducting training feedback analysis and planning for follow-up programmes.  Employee Engagement:  - Responsible for initiating and employee engagement activities in the company  - Conducted complete Annual Day that catered to approx. 3000 People (Employees and their families).  Revamping Exit Process:  - Changed the complete flow of Exit Process, starting from the resignation to full and final statement  Exit Interviews and Attrition Analysis:  - Responsible for conducting In-Depth Exit interviews and getting in to details of why the employee is leaving the organization.  - Also responsible for analyzing attrition, its trends and reasons and planning action plans for the same.  Salary Offered : 8 - 12 LPA
