Manager/Assistant Manager - HR (Only Male Candidates)
Key Responsibilities :
Identify the training and development needs in the organization through TNI survey, job analysis, performance review data and regular consultation with business and HR leaders
Design and develop training and development programs based on talent needs of the organization, taking into consideration the cost of the planned programs
Develop training content / materials/ modules for in-house courses;
Program manage the delivery of the training programs - Managing delivery of training and development programs
Devising a training strategy for the organization
Negotiate and coordinate with External L & D partners for developing and implementing the Learning initiatives
Ensure statutory training requirements are adhered to
Audit & review deployment of learning initiatives across the Organization. Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning initiatives
Revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning modules.
Execute goal setting process, mid year appraisal & end year appraisal process for all eligible employees
Roll out the Monthly, quarterly and Annual awards as a part of the Rewards and Recognition program at Marsh.
Liaise with business leaders to identify the best employees suited for the respective reward categories.
Must have the passion and willingness to work on projects in other areas of HR as required from time to time.
