Onboarding - Responsible for mentoring &amp; leading the team that manages On boarding of both on rolls and offrolls. - Monitor team performance, resolve issues and driving process excellence - Conduct induction sessions on weekly basis for PAN India joinings - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the Onboarding experience for new joinees. - Driving new joinee feebdacks, publishing dashboard and taking necessary corrective actions - Utilize technology to deliver results with highest quality and optimal cycle time Employee Query &amp; Database Management - Responsible for managing the employee queries and ensuring closure within defined TATs - Tracking the requests received for database updates and ensuring that accuracy of data on HRMS Retainer/ Contractual Contracts &amp; Invoice Processing - Ensuring timely salary payments of retainers and contractual employees &amp; contract renewals Mediclaim and Accidental Insurance Management - Independently manage the vendor for Medical Insurance ( Broker &amp; TPA) and ensure seamless delivery of services to employees by the insurance agency. - Ensure timely addition/ deletion of dependents, invoice processing and closure of queries within defined TATs. - Drive quarterly analysis of the insurance policy and highlight the concerns to vendors on process improvements Audits &amp; Compliances - Independenly collate the audit data requirements and collobarate with external Auditors &amp; other team members - Study the observations of audits and create a action plan and work on the solutions to minimize audit observations - Drive monthly internal audits, publish reports and ensure timely corrective measures are taken by internal team members Skills required: - Should be able to independently handle &amp; deliver process excellence - Ability to deal with conflict and challenging situations - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel - Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality
