Hiring Manager / Assistant Manager - HR Analytics & Operations for one of our Leading IT Product development company based at DelhiNCR.

The company is a market leader and pioneer in cutting-edge SOC system solutions for wireless communications, high-definition TV, optical storage, DVD and Blu-ray products.

KRA's:

- Candidate should have strong analytical skills

- Should be able to work independently and drive tasks to conclusion on its own

- Advise senior management on various HR data parameters so as to enable them to take strategic business decisions.

- Drive effective and periodic analytics and MIS to enable process adherence & compliance as per the organizational framework.

- Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.

- Responsible for ensuring proper controls and procedures being followed by the functions so as to ensure compliance in various audits conducted by internal and external auditors.

- Experience on KPI related to performance, resource utilization, load and capacity, competencies etc.

- Responsible for business critical MIS in the form of various weekly, monthly Reports and dashboards so as to support internal stakeholders of HR.

- Analyzing data and reporting in existing ERP System & ensuring data integrity and standardization of available database. Creation of HR profiles, competencies management, regular and adhoc reporting as per business requirement.

- Responsible for data sanity in HR systems by enabling controls and automating the process in form of push reports sent to respective stakeholders in order to ensure accuracy levels.

- Managing the end to end processes of different HR business tools like EVP (Employee Value Proposition), HIPO (High Potential Employees), Departure View (Exit Surveys) reports etc.
