JOB PROFILE/ ROLE DESCRIPTION: 1. Finance: Co-ordinating/working with Corporate Finance team, Advisors and Prospective Lenders on Long term project debt tie up, refinancing of existing NCDs/CPs, Working Capital Limits Renewal & CMA data preparation, Non-Fund Based limits, Financial Modelling, Dealing with Credit Rating agencies and other banking compliances. 2. Day to day Treasury Operations & Accounts: Payment authorisations, Review of interest calculations, BRS, Cash flow management, Arranging LCs/BGs from limits, Bills discounting, Review of finance related accounting entries etc., 3. Taxation: Tax Audit, Assessment Proceedings, return filings and ensuring Income Tax & GST compliances. 4. Financial Reporting: Exposure to Ind AS, Fair knowledge on preparation of financials and Audit Co-ordination (Statutory, ICFR and Internal) on finance aspects. 5. Budgeting, MIS & Financial Controls - Assisting in Preparation of Budget, Monitoring Budgets Vs Actuals, Variance Analysis, Preparation of monthly performance reports, Management Reporting, Monitoring of fund flow, Working Capital, Capex and Finance Concurrences. 6. SAP, Internal Controls, Processes & Systems - Working Experience on FICO & MM Modules & Improvements in System, Processes, and Internal controls. 7. Others - Assisting in Related party compliances, Board matters, Risk Management, Insurance Aspects. Inter-Department/company Co-ordination. Internal SOP compliances
