Manager / Asst Manager - F&A
- Review of Annual Budget, reflecting the annual business plan projection and recommend for Management Approval.
- Periodic Review or Close Monitoring of Budget vs Actual, Variance Analysis and highlighting deviations to Management.
- Cash Flow Management - Planning and Monitoring Working Capital Management in an Optimal way.
- Receivables management - Monitoring timely collection from ESI / Insurance Companies / Group Companies and highlighting long outstanding dues.
- Revenue Accounting - Monitoring invoicing procedures, accounting, documentation and cut-off compliance for respective closing periods.
- Expenditure accounting - Monitoring invoicing procedures, accounting, documentation, cut-off, financial compliance, Vendor reconciliations, Vendor query resolution etc.
- Preparation and review of Financial Statements on Monthly basis and ensuring that the same are in compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Coordination with Statutory & Internal Audit team for due closure of Audit.
- Compliance- Preparation the calculation and processing of the month tax payments and returns- TDS and GST.
- Preparation and review of Financial MIS reports e.g. Budget vs Actual, Debtors / Creditors reports, Cost and Margin reports etc.
- Ensuring Financial Systems, Processes and compliance by establishing controls, processes and approved SOPs.
- Ensure Automation and Digitization in Hospital Finance function.
- Ensuing proper controls, reconciliation and review for Pharmacy, Pathology, Cafeteria or any other 3rd party revenue generating activity.
Experience :
- CA Inter with 4+ years of experience in Accounting (Preferably from Hospital background) or MBA/Graduate/Post Graduate with 6+ years of experience in Hospital Accounting
- Experience in Hospital Management software would be given preference
- Strong analytical and communication skill
- Strong excel and Presentation and Communication skills.
- Digitization exposure and relevant skill sets.
